Massmart - Craig Laros, Project Manager Store Development (2014 and 2015) Reference
Builders Warehouse used the services of Tusker Construction in 2014/5 to do a total rebuild of the existing Builders Trade Depot site, 2 Long Street Knysna, as we were consolidating our two shops in Knysna into one.
The scope of work included the following:

Erection of a portal frame storage area • Completion of administration offices

Introduction of a garden centre specifically designed to meet the requirements of the aesthetic committee in Knysna.

Additions and alterations to the main building

Complete electrical upgrade to the site

All hard stands re surfaced
The project was an 18 month project and was undertaken while the shop remained open to customers. This was a difficult project as all work had to be undertaken whilst causing as little inconvenience to our valued customers.
Tusker Construction was able to meet the challenge and deliver a world class shop that we as a business are extremely proud of. During the course of the rebuild Brett and his team were only a call away and attended to all our concerns with the necessary urgency required.
We as a business were highly appreciative of the final result as were our valued customer which was evident in the numerous compliments we received with the final product.
